Distillation is carried out in a traditional copper still in batches of 100 liters. Before distillation, the botanicals are infused for approximately 12 hours in alcohol, which is redistilled by placing these botanicals after infusion in a basket at the top of the neck of the still.
The botanical distillate is obtained with an approximate alcohol concentration of 86%, and prior to packaging it is adjusted to 43% alcohol content.
