Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow color. Intense aroma of white flowers, citrus fruits, apple and pears with spicy notes. Mouth with refreshing acidity, round, with medium volume. Very long finish, reminiscent of the initial fruit. EB, 9/7/2024

Vinification:
Manual selection berry by berry. 13% pre-fermentation maceration for 4 hours at 7°C. Decanting at 12°C. 90% fermentation in tanks and 10% in French oak barrels. Ageing on lees for 4 months. Natur... See More
