Tasting notes:
Ruby red color. Aroma of blackberries and cassis, with spicy and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is balanced with present acidity, good volume and silky tannins. Long finish. EB, 1/17/2024
Vinification:
Manual selection of grapes, berry by berry. Controlled fermentation at 24°C. Maceration for 9 days with 2 pump-overs and a daily bazuqueo. Malolactic fermentation in tank and aging for 11 months in French oak barrels.
