Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red color. Aroma of cherry and raspberry, with hints of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, it presents itself with refreshing acidity, good volume, and silky tannins. Prolonged finish that recalls the initial aromas. EB, 06/12/2023

Preparation:
Blend from a selection of barrels of Tannat, Merlot and Tempranillo. Vinification of the three varieties separately, with manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Fermentation at 26°C, with 2 pump-overs and a pigeage per day. Aging of the three varieties separately between 9 and 16 months, depending on the plot in French and American oak barrels.
