This 100% Cabernet Franc red wine comes from one of the highest sectors of the vineyard (110 meters above sea level), a high, stony slope facing north. The vineyard plot, called CERRO 9, is oriented to the south and receives the breezes of the Atlantic Ocean without any opposition throughout the year. This unique and extreme condition allows us to achieve complete ripening of the grapes without losing acidity and character.

Elaboration: fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26°C, and the wine is then aged for at least 10 months in French oak, specially chosen to enhance its unique character.
