Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow color. Fruits aroma, pear and apple, with floral notes. Balanced acidity and good volume in mouth. Long finish.

Manual selection of the grapes. 20% prefermentative maceration during 4 hours at 5°C. Racking at 12°C. Fermentation: 88% in steel tanks and 12% in French oak barrels. Aging over the lees during 4 months. Natural stabilizing without using clarifying agents.
