Tasting Notes:
Intense purple color. Plum raisins aroma, quince marmalade and toasted notes. Balanced mouth, with big volume and smooth tannins. Long finish.

Preparation:
Manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Fermentation at 25°C, with 2 pump-overs and 1 pigeage a day. Maceration for 10 days. Aging during 17 months in French and American oak barrels. See More
